The Welch Allyn Classic 3.5v diagnostic set includes the traditional coaxial ophthalmoscope, the MacroView otoscope and the convertible, rechargeable NiCad power handle, which can be converted to permit alkaline C-cell battery use if needed. Choose the Classic Smart Set (97200-MS) if you prefer a lithium ion rechargeable power handle, which is half the weight of the traditional NiCad handle but delivers twice the battery on-time (120 minutes). Choose the Classic Plus Set (97210-MC) to add a nasal illuminator, or the Classic Plus Smart Set (97210-MS) for the nasal illuminator plus the lithium ion rechargeable battery handle.
