Volker has been producing the classic healthcare bed for more than 20 years. This 3080 series bed provides versatility with adjustable assist rails to protect patients when they overestimate their physical capabilities or get out of bed in a confused state. Features an electrically adjustable, four-section lying surface which reduces pressure and is removable for easy cleaning. Back, seat and upper/lower leg sections are ergonomically configured. Volker MiS Micro-stimulation system is an anti-pressure sore, torsion-sprung support with flexibly reactive butterfly springs. Support profiles are made from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (GFK) with high stability and bending strength. The butterfly springs and support profiles are also removable to allow for cleaning. High pressure laminate, solid-core in-laid sections are anti-static and resistant to chemical and UV damage.
