Freedom of Movement True doppler freedom is available with the unique FreeDop from Nicolet Vascular. This revolutionary system lets you move freely during exams, with no cord to get in the way. This is achieved through use of unique array of multiple infrared transmitters that provide clear, continuous signal as you move around the exam room. The FreeDop is the only small Doppler available with the controls on the probe. All you hold in your hand is the small probe with its convenient volume and "on/off" controls, leaving your other hand free. The probe can even be placed in a sterile sheath and used in the sterile field of the operating room while leaving the main unit outside of the sterile field. The digital fetal heart rate and vascular pulse readout is large and easy to read, even from across the room.
