Please call or e-mail sales@ariamedical.com before you order if you have any questions about our policies.
Payment
We accept VISA and Mastercard online. Alternate payment methods are available by phone. We do not accept purchase orders under $500.00. Visit our Financing page for more information about loans, lines of credit and leases.
Shipping
Online orders will be assigned to one of our sales reps, who will determine shipping charges and gather any other important information you might need. You will then be contacted by e-mail and/or by phone within one business day with the final details of your order.
At this time, you will have the opportunity to approve or cancel the order. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days, your order will be automatically approved and processed. Once your order is processed, our standard return policy will apply on any returns.
Most items are ready to ship the next business day. Some items are made to order or drop ship directly from the manufacturer and can take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Aria Medical does not ship overseas. We can ship your order to any U.S. destination, but you must have your own freight forwarder to ship your items across the border. You will be responsible for freight, customs duties and any local taxes or other fees that may apply.
Damaged Items
Customer is responsible for inspection of merchandise prior to signing receipt from carrier. If there is any visible damage to items upon receipt, customer must refuse shipment and contact Aria Medical immediately. If concealed damage is discovered after unpacking, customer must contact Aria Medical immediately.
In either case, customer must contact our office within 1 business day. Failure to comply with these terms will make customer solely responsible for any losses due to damage caused in transit.
Returns
No returns or exchanges on custom orders. Because stainless steel products are made to order, all sales of stainless steel are final. All sales of beds and mattresses are final.
All returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of 25% or $50.00, whichever is greater. After 30 days, we will not accept returns, but we will exchange or repair any defective products that are still under warranty.
Warranty
New items will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
The term of warranty on refurbished items is as noted on the invoice, starting from the date of original invoice. The warranty sticker must be in place and not tampered with. Warranty covers parts and labor to correct malfunctions during normal use. Aria Medical reserves the right to repair or replace warranted items (at our sole discretion).
Warranty does not cover the following:
If the item is deemed not to be under warranty, Aria Medical will notify customer of repair charges. The customer must approve repair charges before any non-warranty repair can be performed. The customer is responsible for freight or shipping charges for sending warranty items back to Aria Medical. These charges may be reimbursed after item is evaluated, at our discretion.
