Can you mail me a catalog?
Our website is our catalog, and we don't currently offer a printed version. If you would like to download a printable brochure for a particular product, check for a Brochure link next to the picture of the product you're interested in. If you don't see a Brochure link or need help using the file, call us and we'll be happy to help you out.
I don't see [Product Name] on your website. Do you sell it?
Probably! Aria Medical is an official distributor for hundreds of medical manufacturers, and we have connections with many suppliers in the refurbished market. We sell so many different products that our webmaster can't keep up! Please speak with a sales rep if the product you're looking for isn't on our website. Chances are good that we can find it for you.
Are your prices negotiable?
Short answer: Yes! Long answer: Yes, but it depends on a number of factors, such as the product you're looking for and how many of them you want to buy. Shipping methods and costs can also be a factor. If you have a price quote from one of our competitors, please call us and let us try to match or beat that price.
Why can't I see shipping charges in the shopping cart?
Unfortunately, we have found that the built-in shipping calculator is extremely inaccurate. Rather than show you incorrect charges and have to revise your order later, we chose to have our sales reps research each order carefully to provide you an accurate shipping quote. Since the vast majority of our orders are done over the phone, we've found that this is the best course to take.
Do you offer financing?
Aria Medical has partnered with Group Financial Services to help you get the financing you need. Whether you are opening a new clinic or wish to lease your capital equipment, we're here to help. We offer a wide range of financial services, including leasing, lines of credit, construction loans and practice acquisition financing.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders and group purchases?
Yes, we do! Pricing varies depending on the product and the number of items you're purchasing, so please call us for special pricing. Also, many of our less expensive items are sold in bulk by the case, so the discounts are already factored in.
Do you offer discounts for military and government customers?
Yes, we do! We currently have about 3,000 products on our GSA contract (V797P-4479a). Only 970 of them are published on GSA Advantage right now, but our new contracts specialist is working hard to add more as soon as possible. Please visit our GSA page for more information.
Do you buy used medical equipment?
Very rarely. If you're interested in selling medical equipment, please use our contact form to get in touch with our sales manager, or fax the details to (210) 281-9604.
