Deltec

Deltec, Inc. is part of the Smiths Medical family of trusted brand names. Deltec, now a wholly owned subsidiary, specializes in the design and manufacture of medical equipment used in ambulatory infusion therapy. They produce infusion pumps, large volume infusion pumps, and multi-therapy ambulatory pumps. Deltec's visionary beginnings led to market leadership in the automated drug delivery systems market. Later acquisition of companies to combine technology and manufacturing capabilities led to Deltec finally being acquired by Smiths Medical. The company also entered the diabetes market with the Deltec Cozmo pump, a lightweight continuous insulin pump.
